Bharti Airtel: Promoter BTL increases stake via inter-se transfer

** Bharti Telecom Limited (BTL), a promoter of Bharti Airtel [BSE:BHARTIARTL], has increased its stake in the company through an inter-se transfer of shares with Indian Continent Investment Limited (ICIL), a person acting in concert (PAC). According to regulatory filings, BTL acquired 12,048,192 fully paid-up shares, representing approximately 0.20% of Bharti Airtel's total share/voting capital, from ICIL. Conversely, ICIL has decreased its stake by selling 51,115,092 shares, which comes to ~0.84%.
