Bajaj Finserv appoints Sanjiv Nandan Sahai as independent director

Bajaj Finserv (BSE: BAJAJFINSV) announced the appointment of Sanjiv Nandan Sahai as an Independent Director, effective March 1, 2025. The decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Sahai's appointment is for a term of five consecutive years and is subject to the approval of the company's members.
