Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC allots equity shares

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (BSE:ABSLAMC) has informed exchanges of the allotment of 12,042 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021. The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors on February 18, 2025. Following the allotment, the company's paid-up Equity Share Capital has increased from ₹1,44,23,60,175 (28,84,72,035 equity shares) to ₹1,44,24,20,385 (28,84,84,077 equity shares). The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
