Adani Enterprises subsidiary forms new road transport entity

Adani Enterprises, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL), has announced the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary, Indore Gujarat Road Limited (IGRL), effective February 21, 2025. IGRL has an authorized and paid-up share capital of ₹100,000 divided into 10,000 equity shares. ARTL holds 100% of IGRL's share capital. The newly formed entity will focus on road infrastructure services and related activities. Currently, IGRL has no turnover as business operations are yet to commence. The incorporation aligns with Adani's broader business objectives in the infrastructure sector.
