RFG Holdings directors dispose of significant shareholdings

On December 18, 2025, several directors of RFG Holdings Limited and its major subsidiary, RFG Foods (Proprietary) Limited, engaged in on-market disposals of ordinary shares. Willem Pieter Hanekom, a director of RFG Holdings, sold 350,192 shares at R 22.7107 per share, totaling R 7,953,105.89. All transactions involved direct beneficial interests and received clearance.

Constantine Costaras, Job Bonginkosi Mpele, Jacques Peter Cilliers, and Johannes Nicolaas Potgieter, all directors of RFG Foods (Proprietary) Limited, also sold shares. Costaras disposed of 341,982 shares for R 7,766,651.03, while Mpele sold 135,067 shares for R 3,067,466.29. Cilliers' sale of 126,984 shares amounted to R 2,883,895.69, and Potgieter sold 92,649 shares for R 2,104,123.76.

The consistent selling price across all transactions was R 22.7107 per share.
