Prosus buys back €141m in shares

Prosus N.V. has released an update on its open-ended repurchase programme for its ordinary shares N and Naspers N ordinary shares. This programme, targeting free-float shareholders of both Prosus and Naspers, was initially announced on June 27, 2022.

During the period from December 15, 2025, to December 19, 2025, Prosus repurchased 2,690,162 Prosus shares. The average price paid per share was €52.5667, resulting in a total consideration of €141,413,034.68.
