Zeda releases 2025 integrated report and sets 2026 AGM date

Zeda Limited has announced the availability of its 2025 integrated report and notice of its fourth annual general meeting (AGM). The integrated report, covering the financial year ended September 30, 2025, is accessible on the company's website at www.zeda.co.za/investor. Shareholders received the notice of AGM and can request printed copies of the report via email.

The virtual AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 12:00. Key dates include Friday, December 12, 2025, as the record date for receiving the AGM notice, with the notice distributed on Friday, December 19, 2025. The last day to trade to be eligible to vote is Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, February 6, 2026.
