Spear REIT director's associates boost stake in company

Spear REIT Limited announced dealings by associates of its executive director, Quintin Michael Rossi. On December 17, 2025, Evlah Investments Proprietary Limited, an associate, purchased a total of 3,100 ordinary shares across two transactions. The first transaction involved 500 shares at an average price of R11.60, totaling R5,800. The second transaction involved 2,600 shares at R11.59, totaling R30,134.00. Rossi holds an indirect, beneficial interest in these transactions, as he is a director of Evlah Investments and a beneficiary and trustee of its sole shareholder.

On the same date, Rosvest Proprietary Limited, another associate of Rossi, purchased 500 ordinary shares at a price of R11.54 per share, amounting to a total rand value of R5,770.00. Rossi also holds an indirect, beneficial interest in this transaction, being a director and shareholder of Rosvest Proprietary Limited.

These dealings by associates of director Quintin Michael Rossi reflect a continued investment in Spear REIT Limited. Clearance for these transactions was obtained in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
