SPAR Group sets key dates for 2026 AGM, financial reports

The SPAR Group Limited has announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a hybrid event on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, at 09:00 (South African Standard Time) at its registered office in Umhlanga, Durban. The record date for shareholders to receive the Notice of AGM is Friday, 9 January 2026, while the record date for attending, participating, and voting at the AGM is Friday, 20 February 2026. Consequently, the last day to trade to be eligible for these rights is Tuesday, 17 February 2026.

SPAR’s 2025 integrated annual report (IAR), which includes the Notice of AGM and additional information, is now available on the company’s website. The IAR, along with the consolidated annual financial statements for the 52 weeks ended 26 September 2025, will be distributed to shareholders on Friday, 16 January 2026. Additionally, the company’s Sustainability Report, incorporated by reference into the IAR, is also accessible online.

In compliance with Listings Requirements, SPAR has also made its latest Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) annual compliance report available on its website. This report outlines the company's commitment and progress in this area.
