Reunert schedules 2026 annual general meeting

Reunert Limited (JSE: RLO) will hold its 112th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 08h00. The meeting will be conducted entirely through an interactive electronic platform. Shareholders eligible to attend, participate, and vote must be recorded by Friday, February 13, 2026, with the last day to trade being Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Proxy forms must be lodged by 08h00 on Friday, February 20, 2026.

The company released its 2025 annual integrated report and the notice of the AGM today, December 19, 2025.
