Nampak publishes integrated report, announces AGM and B-BBEE details

Nampak Limited (JSE:NPK) has released its Integrated Report for the year ended 30 September 2025. This report, which includes the notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and audited consolidated annual financial statements, is accessible on the company's website or by requesting a copy via email.

The 58th annual general meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 11 February 2026, at 14:00. Key dates include the record date to receive the notice of AGM on Friday, 12 December 2025, and the distribution of the notice on Friday, 19 December 2025. The last day to trade to be eligible to attend and vote is Tuesday, 3 February 2026, with the record date for attendance and voting set for Friday, 6 February 2026.
