Geomer investments boosts Rex Trueform stake to over 69%

Geomer Investments Proprietary Limited, an associate of director MA Golding, acquired 1,541,069 "N" ordinary shares in Rex Trueform Group Limited on December 18, 2025. The shares were purchased at R13.00 per security, totaling R20,033,897.00.

Following this acquisition, Geomer and its related parties now collectively hold 69.09% of Rex Trueform's total issued "N" ordinary shares. Mr. Golding is a director and ultimate shareholder of Geomer. Clearance to deal was received for this on-market transaction.

Separately, the announcement also noted that Amit Ramdath disposed of Rex Trueform "N" ordinary shares, decreasing Mr. Ramdath's holding to 0.71% of the company's total issued "N" ordinary shares. These notifications were made in accordance with the Companies Act and JSE Listings Requirements, with required notices filed with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
