ADVTECH director and spouse sell company shares

SCD Lurie, a director of The Independent Institute of Education (Pty) Ltd, a major subsidiary of ADVTECH Limited, sold 25,000 ordinary ADVTECH shares on 18 December 2025. These shares, held as a direct beneficial interest, were sold on-market at R36.60 per share, for a total of R915,000.00. Clearance to deal was confirmed.

Additionally, CE Lurie, identified as the spouse of SCD Lurie, also conducted an on-market sale of 10,000 ordinary ADVTECH shares on the same date. This transaction, representing an indirect beneficial interest of SCD Lurie, was executed at R36.60 per share, totaling R366,000.00.

The transactions were announced from Johannesburg on 19 December 2025, with Bridge Capital Advisors Proprietary Limited serving as the sponsor.
