Netcare releases annual reports, sets AGM for February 2026

Netcare Limited has announced the availability of its Annual Integrated Report ("IR2025") and the B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report on its investor relations website. The company also published the notice for its 29th annual general meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held virtually on Friday, 6 February 2026, at 10:00 (CAT). Summarised annual financial statements will be distributed to shareholders today, 18 December 2025.

Key dates for the AGM include the record date for receiving the Notice of AGM on Friday, 12 December 2025, and the distribution date of the Notice of AGM on Thursday, 18 December 2025. The last day to trade to be eligible to vote is Tuesday, 27 January 2026, with the record date for voting purposes set for Friday, 30 January 2026. Forms of proxy must be lodged by no later than 10:00 on Wednesday, 4 February 2026.
