Burstone Group: Non-executive director Nicholas Riley to resign

Nicholas Riley will resign from his position as a non-executive director of Burstone Group's board, effective December 31, 2025. He will also step down from the company's investment committee. This decision allows Riley to concentrate on his expanded role at Investec Bank Limited.
