Mondi directors engage in share transactions

Non-executive director Anke Groth acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of Mondi plc on October 8, 2025, at a price of €10.10 per share. This transaction took place on the Frankfurter Wertpapierboerse FRAA. Similarly, Dame Angela Strank, another non-executive director, acquired 1,141 ordinary shares on October 9, 2025. Group technical & sustainability director Lars Mallasch was involved in both disposals and acquisitions. These disposals ranged from prices of £8.500 to £8.522 across multiple smaller transactions.

Following these disposals, Mallasch also acquired 10,000 ordinary shares on October 10, 2025, at a price of £8.62 per share, also on the London Stock Exchange XLON. All transactions relate to Mondi plc ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of €0.22.
