Growthpoint Properties: Directors, company secretary exercise options, sell shares

Mr. E Binedell, a director of Growthpoint Management Services (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Growthpoint Properties Limited, exercised 478,676 executive deferred and retention scheme options. Of these, 216,166 shares were sold on-market at a volume weighted average price of R15.0073, totalling R3,244,067.60, to cover taxation. Mr Binedell retained 262,510 shares from the vesting. The off-market vesting and exercise was valued at R7,261,514.92, based on a deemed price of R15.17 per security.

Mr. F Schindehütte, also a director of Growthpoint Management Services (Pty) Ltd, exercised 236,536 executive deferred and retention scheme options. To cover taxation, 116,600 shares were sold on-market at a volume weighted average price of R15.1099, generating R1,761,825.58. Mr Schindehutte retained 119,936 shares. The off-market vesting and exercise had a total value of R3,588,251.12, based on a deemed price of R15.17 per security. Both directors' transactions were direct and beneficial, and clearance was obtained.

Additionally, Mr. WJH de Koker, the company secretary of Growthpoint Properties Limited, sold 59,944 shares on 6 October 2025 at a volume weighted average price of R15.1099, for a total value of R905,753.62. On 7 October 2025, Mr. de Koker further sold 42,608 shares at a price of R15.20, amounting to R647,641.60. These transactions were also direct, beneficial, and conducted with clearance.
