Director's associate boosts stake in Lighthouse Properties

Delsa Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Delsa"), an associate of director Desmond de Beer, completed two on-market purchases of Lighthouse Properties ordinary shares on October 9, 2025. Desmond de Beer is identified as a beneficiary of the Grove Trust, which is the shareholder of Delsa.

The first transaction involved the acquisition of 3,037 ordinary shares at a price of ZAR 7.75 per security, totaling ZAR 23,536.75. The second, more substantial, purchase saw Delsa acquire 171,963 ordinary shares at ZAR 7.78 per security, amounting to ZAR 1,337,872.14. Both transactions represent an indirect beneficial interest for the director.

These dealings, advised to shareholders on October 10, 2025, highlight an increased investment by a related party in Lighthouse Properties p.l.c. Java Capital serves as the JSE sponsor and corporate advisor, while Stonehage Fleming Malta Limited acts as the company secretary.
