AVI announces integrated report, AGM, and BEE compliance

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for 11:00 on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at 2 Harries Road, Illovo, Sandton. Key dates for shareholders include a record date to receive the meeting notice set for Friday, 3 October 2025, and the last day to trade to be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.
