Metrofile: Option arrangements discharged, ending securities dealings

Metrofile Holdings Limited confirmed that certain option arrangements, previously disclosed on May 30, 2024, have been fully discharged. These arrangements involved Afropulse Group Proprietary Limited, an associate of Phumzile Langeni, and Sabvest Investments Proprietary Limited, an associate of Christopher Stefan Seabrooke.

The company stated that the discharge of these arrangements means there will be no further dealings in securities resulting from them.
