Morné Wilken, a trustee and beneficiary of the Trinsam Trust, sold 125,235 ordinary shares on 6 October 2025 at R48.00 per security, totaling R6,011,280.00. Similarly, Brett Till, in his capacity as a trustee and beneficiary of The Shantellin Trust, sold 6,745 ordinary shares on the same date at R47.85 per security, amounting to R322,748.25. Both transactions were indirect beneficial on-market sales.

Additionally, Brett Till directly sold 143,255 ordinary shares on 6 October 2025, with a weighted average price of R47.969 per security, generating a total value of R6,871,799.10. The highest traded price on the day was R48.76 and the lowest was R47.69.

Another associate, The Kanaan Trust, with Wilhelm Nauta as trustee and beneficiary, sold 30,264 ordinary shares on 8 October 2025 at R45.70 per security, totaling R1,383,064.80. All sales were approved, with management stating these are the first sales in several years, undertaken to balance investment portfolios.
