Netcare and Clindeb announce upcoming noteholder interest payments

Netcare Limited and Clindeb Investments Limited have issued a notification regarding upcoming interest payments to their noteholders. The announcement, released from Johannesburg on October 8, 2025, details various instruments and their respective interest payment dates and amounts.

For Netcare's NTC33 instrument, an interest rate of 8.800% will be applied, resulting in a total interest amount of R11,090,410.96 due on October 28, 2025. NTC37 notes will see a payment of R6,557,235.62 at an 8.767% interest rate on October 13, 2025. Furthermore, NTC43 notes are scheduled for a R6,421,873.97 payment on November 3, 2025, with an 8.312% interest rate, and NTC44 notes will receive R21,475,068.49 at 8.520% on October 24, 2025. The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited serves as the Debt Sponsor for these payments.
