Dis-Chem announces Saul Saltzman's resignation as executive director

Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited has announced that Saul Saltzman has formally submitted his resignation as an executive director and member of the social and ethics committee, effective February 27, 2026. This change is in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.

Following his resignation from the executive role, Saltzman will continue to serve on the board as a non-independent, non-executive director, also effective February 27, 2026. In this capacity, he is expected to actively contribute to the company's strategic direction and governance. The board expressed its sincere appreciation for Saltzman's dedicated leadership and valuable service as an executive director and looks forward to his continued involvement.
