Tongaat Hulett issues 33rd business rescue report, details litigation

Tongaat Hulett Limited has released its September 2025 report, marking the 33rd update on its business rescue proceedings. This report, published on October 3, 2025, includes an update on litigation matters as detailed in paragraph 2.3.

The company commenced voluntary business rescue proceedings following a SENS announcement on October 27, 2022.
