Labat Africa updates on annual financial statement publication delay

Labat Africa Limited announced an update concerning the publication of its annual financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2025. The company had previously disclosed a delay in the release of these statements, as noted by the JSE on October 1, 2025.

The board of directors informed shareholders about the appointment of new external auditors, including P Mapfumo Accountants and Auditors, BG Nubong And Associates Inc., and VanPag Chartered Accountants. The audit process is reportedly progressing according to a revised timetable.

The company anticipates publishing its annual financial statements on or before October 15, 2025. Labat Africa's management affirmed its commitment to complying with JSE Listings Requirements and the Companies Act, and will inform shareholders of any further changes to the publication date.
