AfroCentric remuneration committee sees key member step down

AfroCentric Investment Corporation Limited (JSE:ACT) has announced the resignation of Robert Goff from its remuneration committee. Mr. Goff, an external member, will step down with effect from 2 October 2025.

The board of AfroCentric has expressed its gratitude to Mr. Goff for his contributions to the company and extended best wishes for his future endeavors. This change marks a notable development in the governance of the group.
