BlackRock crosses, then falls below, AB InBev voting rights threshold

Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV announced receipt of two transparency notifications from BlackRock, Inc. regarding changes in its voting rights, crossing the 3% threshold twice in September 2025.

On September 25, 2025, BlackRock's total voting rights crossed upwards of 3% due to acquisitions of voting securities or rights. The denominator used for this calculation was 2,019,241,973.

The first notification, dated September 26, 2025, detailed that BlackRock, Inc.'s total voting rights, including equivalent financial instruments, reached 3.03%, or 61,106,811 voting rights, after the transaction on September 25, 2025. This included 58,656,470 linked to securities (2.90%) and 2,450,341 from equivalent financial instruments (0.12%).

Subsequently, a second notification, dated September 30, 2025, reported that BlackRock Inc.'s total holdings fell below 3% on September 29, 2025, due to disposals. After this transaction, BlackRock's total voting rights were 58,434,518, representing 2.89% of the total, with 55,853,726 linked to securities (2.77%) and 2,580,792 from equivalent financial instruments (0.13%).
