Numeral appoints Jacobus Botma as executive director

Numeral Ltd announced the appointment of Jacobus Botma as an executive director, effective September 29, 2025. This decision aligns with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements. Botma brings over 18 years of experience in financial management and eight years in operational leadership across diverse sectors, including technology, forensics, logistics, and retail.

Botma's professional background includes serving as chief financial officer of Herge (Pty) Ltd from 2021 to 2024, where he managed group finances, compliance, and strategic project feasibility. Prior to this, he was COO/CFO at Investigative Software Solutions (ISS) from 2015 to 2021, overseeing operations, finance, and client relationships. From 2006 to 2015, he held the position of financial manager at ISS, Pretoria, responsible for the full finance function, including reporting, payroll, budgeting, and compliance with SARS returns. He holds a B.Com (Hons) in Financial Management and a B.Com in Financial Accounting, alongside a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting.

Numeral Ltd's primary listing is on the Stock Exchange Mauritius, with a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE.
