MAS PLC announces JSE sponsor change

MAS PLC, registered in Malta, has announced a change in its JSE sponsor. In compliance with JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the company's board of directors has notified shareholders that MAS will be changing its sponsor to PSG Capital Proprietary Limited.

This change is scheduled to take effect from October 1, 2025. MAS PLC trades on the JSE under the share code MSP.
