Bunter Capital increases stake in Mahube Infrastructure to 5.1%

Mahube Infrastructure Limited has disclosed a change in beneficial interest in its securities, effective 1 October 2025. Bunter Capital Proprietary Limited and its related parties have increased their beneficial interest to 5.1% of the total issued share capital.

This disclosure was made in accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. A formal notification was received by the company, and the required notice has also been filed with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
