Woolworths Holdings schedules AGM, director sells shares

Woolworths Holdings Limited has announced the availability of its 2025 Integrated Annual Report, Good Business Journey Report, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance report online. The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Monday, 17 November 2025, at 10:00, to be held as a hybrid meeting. The last day to trade for eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 4 November 2025, with the record date for attendance and voting set for Friday, 7 November 2025.
