Truworths publishes integrated report, sets virtual AGM for November

Truworths International Limited's 2025 Integrated Annual Report, incorporating a summarised version of the Group's audited annual financial statements for the 52-week period ended June 29, 2025, is scheduled for publication today, September 30, 2025, on the company's website. The full annual financial statements were previously released on August 28, 2025. Printed summaries and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice are also being posted to registered shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 09:30 (CAT). Shareholders can register and vote online at https://smartagm.co.za by 09:30 (CAT) on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The record date for voting at the AGM is 17:00 on Friday, October 31, 2025, meaning the last day to trade for eligibility is Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

Additionally, Truworths' 2025 B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report is now available on its website. Shareholders wishing to submit proxy forms should email them to proxy@computershare.co.za at least 48 hours before the meeting.
