Collins Property Group announces key board leadership changes

Collins Property Group Limited, a REIT incorporated in South Africa, has announced significant changes to its board of directors, effective from September 30, 2025. These changes comply with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.

Dr. CH Wiese, the current non-executive chairman of the board, will step down from his role as chairman but will continue to serve as a non-executive director. Mr. KR Collins, currently the chief executive officer, will resign as chief executive and assume the position of non-executive chairman of the board. Mr. BA Chelius will retain his position as the lead independent non-executive director.

Furthermore, Mr. KA Searle, who currently serves as the executive managing director of the board, will be appointed as the new chief executive officer. The board extended its wishes for the directors' success in their new capacities.
