Spear REIT to release interim results, host investor presentation

Spear REIT Limited will release its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2025 on Monday, 20 October 2025. Concurrently, the company will host an in-person presentation at the Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town at 11:00 SAST. For those unable to attend physically, a live stream of the presentation will be available.

The in-person event, held at Meeting Room 11, No. 4 Energy Lane, Bridgeways Precinct, Century City, Cape Town, has limited space. Attendees wishing to participate in person must email info@spearprop.co.za to confirm attendance by close of business on Monday, 13 October 2025. Virtual attendees can view and listen to the presentation via a dedicated link, and questions can be submitted to the same email address.
