Exxaro Resources Limited has announced its Governance Roadshow 2025. A presentation related to the roadshow, scheduled for September 29-30, 2025, has been posted on the Exxaro website under the investor centre's presentations and speeches section.

The roadshow will feature key figures from Exxaro, including the chairman of the board, Mr. Geoffrey Qhena; the chairman of the remuneration committee, Ms. Phumla Mnganga; the chairman of the risk and business resilience committee, Mr. Peet Snyders; and the chairman of the investment committee, Mr. Billy Mawasha.
