VanEck pares stake in DRDGOLD

DRDGOLD Limited announced on September 26, 2025, that VanEck Associates Corporation has disposed of a beneficial interest in the company. This transaction results in VanEck now holding 1.46% of the total issued ordinary share capital of DRDGOLD.

The notification of this change was received by DRDGOLD in accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.

DRDGOLD plans to file the necessary notification with the Takeover Regulation Panel and the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, as mandated by sections 122(3)(a) and 122(3A) of the Companies Act. One Capital is listed as the sponsor for this announcement.
