Lighthouse director's associate acquires significant shareholding

Lighthouse Properties p.l.c. has announced dealings in its securities by Delsa Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Delsa"), an associate of director Desmond de Beer. Mr. de Beer is a beneficiary of the Grove Trust, which holds Delsa as its shareholder. The transaction, dated 25 September 2025, involved the on-market purchase of 534,035 ordinary shares. The director's interest in this transaction is indirect beneficial.

The shares were acquired at a total value of ZAR 4,206,753.91. On the day of the transaction, the highest traded price per security was ZAR 7.90, the lowest traded price was ZAR 7.85, and the weighted average price per security was ZAR 7.8773.
