Quilter directors and PDMRs adjust holdings

Quilter plc announced transactions by its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) related to the 2025 interim dividend. Several individuals reinvested their dividends, acquiring 19 shares each at £1.649 per share. Those include Penny Cole, Stephen Gazard, Steven Levin, Nicholas Sacre-Hardy, and Mark Satchel.

Additionally, a number of directors and PDMRs received conditional entitlements to the 2025 interim dividend, equivalent to shares under various incentive plans, without any cash consideration. Marcus Brookes received 14,123 shares, Steven Levin 49,458 shares, and Mark Satchel 39,821 shares, among others. Marcus Brookes also reinvested his dividend, acquiring 3,427 shares at £1.623998 per share.

Separately, Hanlie van Staden, a PDMR, sold 5,049 shares at £1.60622 per share and 82,951 shares at £1.607 per share on September 24, 2025.
