Paladin Energy issues shares after equity raise

Paladin Energy Ltd (Paladin) confirmed the issuance of 36,419,793 new ordinary shares in connection with an equity raising announced on September 16, 2025. This total comprises 31,915,288 shares from an ASX institutional placement and 4,504,505 shares from a Canadian "bought deal" private placement.

The shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Paladin also confirmed its compliance with Chapter 2M and sections 674 and 674A of the Act. The announcement was authorized for release by the company secretary.
