Primary Health Properties declares interim dividend and DRIP availability

Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP) has announced a fourth quarterly interim dividend of £1.775 pence per ordinary share for 2025. This dividend is payable on November 21, 2025, to shareholders on the register as of October 10, 2025. The dividend will be distributed to both UK and South African shareholders.

UK shareholders can participate in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), administered by Equiniti Limited. Applications for the DRIP must be received by Equiniti by 5:00 p.m. on October 31, 2025. The estimated DRIP purchase date and CREST credit date are November 21, 2025, with DRIP shares credited or certificates posted by November 26, 2025.

For South African shareholders, the dividend will be paid in ZAR, with an exchange rate fixed on September 19, 2025. A 20% SA dividends tax applies to SA tax residents. The DRIP is not available to SA shareholders, who will receive their dividends in cash.
