Conduit Capital announces board resignations, search for replacements underway

Conduit Capital Limited announced the resignations of two board members, Christian Solberg, an independent non-executive director, and Peter Todd, an executive director. Their departures from the company's board are effective from 19 September 2025.

The board of Conduit Capital expressed its sincere gratitude to both Solberg and Todd for their contributions and extended wishes for their continued success.
