Claire Murphy acquires Primary Health Properties shares from director

Primary Health Properties PLC announced that Claire Murphy, a person closely associated with director Richard Howell, acquired ordinary shares in the company. The transaction, dated 19 September 2025, involved 231,564 ordinary shares of 12.5p each.

The acquisition was carried out via a transfer of shares from Richard Howell. The shares were valued at a price of £0.892 per share, resulting in a total aggregated volume price for the single transaction of £206,555.09.
