Safari Investments appoints new independent non-executive directors

Safari Investments RSA Limited, a JSE-listed REIT, has announced the appointment of Wikus Lategan and Conrad Dormehl as independent non-executive directors, effective September 22, 2025.

Wikus Lategan is a chartered accountant with over two decades of expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, and real estate development. His career includes serving as financial director and later group chief executive at Calgro M3 Holdings from 2008 to December 2024. He is also a co-founder and director of ION Holdings, an investment firm specializing in residential real estate development and hospitality sectors.

Conrad Dormehl, a corporate and commercial attorney, brings specialist expertise in property developments, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. He has a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions to numerous organizations. Conrad’s past clients in the property sector include Atterbury Properties, Divercity, Moolman Group, Twin City Development, and GAP Infrastructure Corporation. The board welcomed the new directors, looking forward to their contributions to the company.
