Raubex Group appoints EY as new external auditor from FY2027

Raubex Group Limited has announced a change in its external auditor. Following a tender process and recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Company's Board of Directors has appointed Ernst & Young Incorporated ("EY") as the independent registered external auditor for Raubex and its subsidiaries ("the Group") for the financial year ending February 28, 2027. This appointment replaces PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC"), who remains the current external auditor for the year ending February 28, 2026.

The individual registered auditor undertaking the audit for the Group during the financial year ending February 28, 2027 will be Allister Carshagen. To facilitate a smooth transition, EY will shadow PwC as external auditor for the current financial year ending February 28, 2026, allowing them to gain experience and familiarise themselves with the Group's operations.

The decision to change auditors stems from PwC's extended tenure as the Group's external auditor and the Company's proactive implementation of an audit firm rotation policy on a voluntary basis. Shareholders will be asked to approve this appointment at the Company's upcoming annual general meeting, referred to as the "2026 AGM."
