Schroder European REIT confirms rand dividend exchange rate

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC has announced the currency exchange rate for its third interim dividend for the year ending September 30, 2025. The interim dividend, previously declared as €1.48 cents per share on September 12, 2025, will be converted for shareholders on the South African register using an exchange rate of 20.47000 on September 16, 2025. This conversion results in a gross dividend of ZAR 30.29560 cents per share.

A dividend tax of 20% will be withheld from the gross dividend for shareholders on the South African register, unless an exemption applies.
