Marshall Monteagle announces leadership and company secretary changes

Rory Kerr will step down as chairman and non-executive director of Marshall Monteagle on September 12, 2024, after serving as a director since October 2010 and chairman since May 2020. Edward Beale, a director since February 2013 and financial director since April 2017, will assume the role of chairman on September 12, 2025.

In conjunction with Beale's new role, he will step down as financial director on September 12, 2025. Dean Douglas, an independent non-executive director since 2019, has been appointed lead independent director, effective September 12, 2025. Additionally, Heidi Koegelenberg, currently the group financial manager, will join the board as executive director and financial director, effective September 12, 2025.

Further changes include City Group Limited's resignation as company secretary, effective September 12, 2025. Melissa Bourgeois, who has provided company secretarial services to Marshall Monteagle since January 2022 through City Group Limited, has been appointed as the new company secretary, also effective September 12, 2025.
