Old Mutual acquires 5.05% stake in Dipula Properties

Dipula Properties Limited has received notification that Old Mutual Limited has acquired additional Dipula ordinary shares, resulting in Old Mutual now holding 5.05% of Dipula's total issued ordinary shares. This notification was made in compliance with relevant sections of the Companies Act and JSE Listings Requirements.

As mandated by the Companies Act, Dipula Properties has submitted the required notice to the Takeover Regulation Panel.
