Alpha Namibia Industries renewable power continues cautionary announcement

Alpha Namibia Industries Renewable Power Limited (ANIREP) has issued a further cautionary announcement, advising shareholders that negotiations are ongoing. This extends a series of cautionary announcements dating back to August 16, 2021, with the latest reiteration on September 12, 2025.

The company states that if successfully concluded, these negotiations could materially affect the company's share price. Shareholders are encouraged to continue exercising caution when dealing in ANIREP's shares until a further announcement is made.
