Tortin Investments Proprietary Limited, an associate of Johannes Francois de Wet, a director of PBT Group International, has made several on-market purchases of PBT Group ordinary shares. Mr. de Wet is the sole shareholder of Tortin Investments Proprietary Limited, making the interest indirect beneficial.

On September 8, 2025, Tortin Investments acquired 78 securities at 600 cents per share, totaling R468.00. The same day saw a larger transaction for 30,000 securities at 610 cents each, amounting to R183,000.00. A subsequent purchase on September 10, 2025, involved 51,779 securities at 610 cents per share, with a total value of R315,851.90.
