Bowler Metcalf reports strong growth, declares higher dividend

Bowler Metcalf Limited reported a strong financial year ending June 30, 2025, with net asset value increasing by 9% to R875.8 million. Revenue grew by 10% to R945.9 million, while profit from operations saw an 18% increase to R142.5 million. Net profit after tax rose by 14% to R121.9 million.

Shareholders will see an increase in earnings, with basic earnings per share up 14% to 177.74 cents and headline earnings per share rising 12% to 180.09 cents. The company declared a final gross cash dividend of 44.00 cents per share, representing a 16% increase from the previous year's final dividend and payable on October 27, 2025.

An unmodified audit opinion was issued by Moore Cape Town Incorporated. The annual general meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the company's head office in Ottery.
